Looking for someone to take over my room in a 3 bedroom flat in the popular area of Shawlands. I am moving out for personal reasons.
The flat is shared with 2 of my female friends who are both down to earth and chilled out. One works 9-5 and the other does shift work.
The flat has a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. It has a small front garden and free on street parking. The nearest train station is a short 10 minute walk along the riverside. And there are many bus stops close by, nearest being a 3 minute walk. There are alot of cafes, bars, restaurants within a 15 minute walk from the flat. The flat has a HMO License.
The girls are planning on moving out the flat at the end of October, so it would be available until then.
