As above. The flat is situated in a residential area of Govanhill, just off Victoria Road, and within a short walk of Queens Park Station.

We (the current tenants) are a couple, currently working full-time jobs.

The room itself is a little on the small side but is large enough to accommodate a wardrobe, set of draws, etc.

There is, however, an open-plan kitchen/living room, which contains three (very comfortable!) sofas, a dining table and television.

The bathroom is a decent size and contains all the necessities for day-to-day existence.

Our neighbours opposite and below are all very friendly and they've given us no problems with noise.
