Looking to share with a young female professional.

Current flatmate is Steph a mature 24 year old working professional who works Monday - Friday. Ideally looking for someone with a similar schedule.

There's a big open plan lounge/kitchen with TV, dishwasher, washing machine & tumble dryer. It's a new build with all appliances three years old, so everything looks and works like new and the flat keeps itself pretty warm over winter.

The bedroom has a wardrobe and side tables included with plenty of other storage around the flat as well. There is an en suite on the other bedroom so each room effectively has it's own bathroom.

The flat overlooks Richmond park with a bridge connecting to Glasgow Green. It's around a 20-30 min walk to Merchant City, Strathclyde. Uni and Caledonian Uni. There's also bus stops nearby which takes 15 mins to town, plenty of parking surrounding the flat and a locked up bike shed.
