I'm offering this room in my house for up to 6 months to the right housemate It’s a freshly decorated room with double bed, large fitted mirrored wardrobes and en-suite shower room. There is also a private garden and outdoor patio area. Rent is £500 per month. All bills are included. The house is in a quiet & safe residential area 4 miles from the city centre. There are regular buses into the city centre and off-street parking.
I have a small dog who is very friendly so it’s important that you must like dogs ;)
