*The flat is only 15 minutes into Central Glasgow by train (Argyle Street or Glasgow Central) Beautiful countryside areas for walks and cycling along the river Clyde. With Aldi, Tesco express and Morrisons Supermarkets all within walking distance and local library, shops and takeaway restaurants.
Suitable for working professional or full time (in uni) student. I require responsible people looking for a long term place to call home and to take care of all areas of the flat as such. The room has a Double bed with under bed storage drawers, comfy 2 seater sofa, inside wardrobe area, bed side table and chest of drawers. Internet TV/box with fiber broadband also included. This is a great area and lovely flat fit for someone who can call it home. All bills including tv and broadband are included in the rent!


* Bus service 267+ 263 into Central Glasgow (30 min- every 15 min) and Newton train station taking you into Central Glasgow (17 min every 15 min via Rutherglen, Dalmarnock, Bridgton. And 2 trains per hour going the longer route via South side of Glasgow..(Shawlands, Pollockshaws area etc.. 24-30 min)
And in the other direction only a few stops to Hamilton (for Strathclyde country park) and Motherwell where you can change for a train to Edinburgh in only 35 minutes!..
