Double room in Southside Tenement

Double bedroom in spacious yet homely second floor tenament flat near Queen's Park - up for grabs from the 22nd of September.
The flat is let via an agency, so the new resident would be the other 'official tenant. Minimum stay 6 months. Council tax, gas, electricity, Wi-Fi, Now tv roughly equates to £150 per person. Students willing to split all bills welcome. Smokers are welcome(I don't personally smoke), however, you can't smoke inside.

Its a good sized double bedroom with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed side table and two seater sofa. Living room has large dining table. Narrow-ish galley kitchen, but totally fine. Street parking.

Bedrooms, living room and hall all painted last year. Bathroom re-tiled at the same time.
I have lived here for a year with my friend who is having to leave due to other commitments and would like to find someone to take her place! Haven't had any issues since living here.
I generally work Mon-Fri 9-5. Generally busy through the week and the weekends, however, when I'm not busy quite like to lounge about the flat - watching tv/ films ect.
Have friends over a normal amount and would want who ever moved in to feel at home and able to do the same.
Not really sure what else to say, so please just ask if there is anything else you would like to know about me or the the flat.
P. s there is a tiny wee cat (Alpha) who lives here. She's no bother and generally sleeps in my room at night.
