I have a room available in my lovely two bedroom flat as my flatmate is sadly having to move away.
About the room…it's good sized room with light, neutral décor. It’s carpeted and has a kingsize bed and storage space for your belongings. It is bright with an open, leafy outlook.
You’ll also have use of the large comfortable lounge, a large dining kitchen complete with washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and plenty of storage. Bathroom has a bath, as well as over bath mains shower.
The flat is on the outskirts of the west end, it’s very bright and spacious. There’s gas central heating and instant hot water from the combi boiler.
It has great transport links, on the bus routes to the city centre and the QEUH. If you have a car, there’s plenty free on street parking right outside, it’s very handy for Clyde Tunnel, expressway etc. Trains are at Partick and Hyndland, both a 20 minute walk .
Within walking distance, we have some nice bars and cafes nearby (St Louis is fab for food and music, Kothel does great coffee), and for peace and quiet - or ParkRun if that’s your thing - Victoria Park is just around the corner. There’s a handy Co-op which is open until 10pm within the shopping centre on Broomhill Drive.
I’m away a lot of the time, so you’ll often have the place to yourself. When I’m home, I enjoy cooking, catching up on my sleep and binging on a box set or three!
