A immaculate high standard room is available for two students. The room includes a single bed, big study desk, built-in wardrobes and other storage cabinets. The kitchen, lounge and washroom which are all quite big will be shared with another flatmate. The flat is 15-20 mins from the city center by bus.

Kitchen appliances include washing machine, oven, refrigerator, induction hob with 4 spaces for fast cooking. Other small kitchen appliances are also available like kettle, toaster, blender etc with ample cutlery.

Electric boiler, shower and heating with separate day and night charges to save money on heating.

The electric runs on a prepayment meter and will be split equally between the two tenants.

Ideally looking for PhD, postgraduate or undergraduate students.
