I’m looking for a professional female to take place of my current flatmate who is sadly moving out! The room has been freshly painted and had brand new carpet laid 6 months ago. The room comes with amazing built in mirrored storage and a King size bed! You would have use of the main bathroom which has just been fully renovated. as I have an en-suite. All bills included (rent, council tax, gas, electric, broadband, netflix, sky and BT Sport) Great transport links with Dumbarton road and bus stop a 2 minute walk away and Partick train station a 20 minute walk. This flat is suitable for someone who drives as there is ample free on street parking. I am a live in landlord and work full time therefore I will be out most days. I expect my home to be kept clean and tidy as I do the same.

I take great pride in my house and have a passion for interior design and love a bit of D. I. Y. So if you're looking for a bit of luxury you'll definitely find it here. The building it’s self is a new build in the Whiteinch area (a bit quieter than the epicentre of the west end but still close enough for a nice stroll to byres road) I enjoy time to myself as well as being social with friends so I am keen to share my home with someone that will be up for watching a movie or getting a take away every now and then.
