The flat will suit a professional or a mature/postgrad. student in Glasgow. It is very close to the subway and handy for all areas including the city centre. You can also cycle or walk into town. Glasgow's stylish and vibrant West End is just 14 minutes away by subway. Buses will also take you to the Queen Elizabeth University hospital if you are a health worker.

The offered room is a generous double. There are blackout curtains and it has a restored pine floor. Desk and generous wardrobe are included. I am happy to supply bedding and towels free of charge if you need them. Also supplied if needed is a desk/table with chair(s)..

The shared kitchen/lounge has a large sofa and is fully equipped for all food prep. There is a spacious dining area. Off the kitchen is the utility complete with dishwasher and yet more work space.

There is a further plumbed utility in the hall complete with washing machine, iron etc.

The apartment has a luxurious, recently installed bathroom, stripped pine floors throughout, central heating and constant hot water. You'll find a gorgeous double-ended tub and an over-bath shower with screen. The bathroom is flooded with natural light by day and has a dimmer switch for nigh-time use.

Fast Broadband is included. There is free on-street parking. You can also enjoy an enclosed and grassed back garden with shared drying area.

There is a spacious entrance hall which contains a printer compatible with most devices.

The flat is close to all local amenities including an Asda, a cinema and a variety of shops and restaurants. While close to amenities, the street itself is very quiet.
