Lovely single room for rent in cosy flat

Hi folks, my name is Clare, I'm a 37 year old straight single female with a spare room to rent in my flat in glasgow. The room for rent is a single room. It's his fully furnished with good quality modern furniture and is just freshly decorated. The flat itself is lovely with all mod cons. All bills included in the rent. The location of the flat is excellent for transport links into city centre. Im a friendly laid back person. I am quite tidy and looking for someone who is similar but not obsessed with being tidy. It would be great to share with someone who is up for socialising at times with some wine instead of just being flatmates. I work full time as a nurse so I work shifts so you would have place to yourself at times. Ideally I'd prefer a female in their mid 30s and who isn't a total part animal but still enjoys having a laugh. Thanks for reading. Clare x
