The flat is on the second floor on a quiet street, and is a 5 minute walk from Queens Park and lots of local amenities cafes and bars etc. The Gym South is round the corner, Queens Park station and Crosshill Station are about 5 minutes walk away with very regular trains to Glasgow Central, which takes around 7 minutes. There is a Lidl and Asda superstore within 10 minutes walk of the flat, and there is free on street parking. The flat was refurbished last year and has a new boiler and oven etc.
