I have one room to let in a two bedroom flat on Hopehill Road. The flat has a living room, separate kitchen, bathroom & free on-street parking.
My new flatmate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and bathroom, however, there is a separate office space for which I pay additional rent to have full use.
The flat is fully furnished apart from the bedroom which was furnished by my former flatmate who is moving to Edinburgh - you will need to purchase a bed etc.
£450 is a rough guideline, rent is £300, internet £15, gas & electricity £60-80 & Council Tax (band D) £55

I work full time for a politician
I'm social but also enjoy my space
I'm up for going for an occasional drink & making dinner for each other etc
I'm a bit of a nerd and spend much of my time on my computer
I also study part time
