Double room in the South Side

I have a spare room going on Prince Edward Street (between Pollockshaws Rd and Vicky Rd) which is avaiable from mid-November

The bedroom is ~150 square feet and is unfurnished except for a wardrobe. The living room is ~275 square feet with two three seater couches and a dinning table.

I'm a liberal and relaxed person to live with. Mostly just concentrating on my work lately as a community organiser. My name is George Lavery, feel free to contact me on social media to avoid paying the earlybird fee thing.

Open minded about who I would live with. I regularly dogsit a friend's border collie and am intending getting a dog of my own soon so ideally after a flatmate that is happy around dogs.
