Double room to rent in Summerston

Summerston is a fairly quiet area to the north of the city. Regular transport links with the train station a 5 minute walk away and buses outside the flat going into the city centre, the west end and the QEU hospital. Parking is also available. There is a supermarket nearby.

The flat has all the essentials, kitchen, bathroom and living / dining area. The bedroom is fully furnished and space will be made in the kitchen / bathroom for you. There are some areas of the flat that need a bit of a face lift but everything is in good working order.

Under normal circumstances, I work during the day Monday to Friday. I sometimes visit friends or go to the gym after work. I also spend some weekends visiting family.

It is very important to me that you are respectful of me and my neighbours. This is a fairly quiet block with some elderly residents and I would not want anyone disturbing them.
