Double Room Avaliable

A new build with furnished room available in the outskirts of Glasgow. Transportations via bus, subways are readily available, or if you drive, there is also free street parking. This area is borderline on the outskirts of Glasgow, heading towards Shawlands, with lots of restaurant, cafes and shops within walking distance.

I am looking to rent out one out the two rooms (other room would be shortly rented out as-well) to a clean, tidy tenant. I would prefer to rent out to females but would consider male tenants. The double room is furnished with a chest of drawers, side table, bed and has a mirrored wardrobe.

The flat itself has 2 bathrooms (one main, one en-suite), a living room/dining area and a kitchen. There is also a washing machine which acts as a dryer as well.
