Room to let in Glasgow Green area

I have a spare room to let in a 2-bed flat in residential area by Glasgow Green. Flat's got a spacious living room, 2 bathrooms (en suite is in my room, not in the room to let) and kitchen separate from living room. Plastic double glazed windows, gas heating, wood laminate flooring through the flat and wi-fi/fibre optic broadband. Room's got a double bed, desk, chair, built in wardrobe with sliding mirrored doors, chest of drawers and a bedside cabinet (essentially as on pics). Price is calculated to reflect half of overall costs and includes rent, council tax and broadband. Also if you qualify for council tax rebate (students etc) you can have discount of same amount (council tax band C), as I've calculated the price based on full CT. Power and gas (top up meters) are separate. It's worth mentioning that I've got a dog, cocker spaniel girl. For her's sake I'd prefer someone at least familiar with dogs but that's not a deal breaker. Please feel free to ask any questions
