I have a semi-furnished double bedroom (which you can make your own) with elarge double wardrobe with mirror sliding doors to rent in a 2 bedroom ground floor flat situated in Rutherglen. Shared bathrooms. The flat is a 2 minute walk to Dalmarnock Tesco and McDonald’s and a 5 minute walk to Rutherglen train station. Allocated parking available right outside the flat.

You will have full access to the large kitchen with washing machine, oven, dishwasher, microwave and slow cooker and also have full access to the living room with a large 50” TV. I normally use my chromecast to watch whatever I need as I spend most of my time catching up on reality TV but I would consider sky for the right tenant.

I am a 26 year old male working as an accounts manager in the city centre Monday-Friday and normally out with friends having drinks or visiting my family in Perth at the weekends.
