Room is 16.8” x 8.2” and comes with queen-sized bed and mattress. The room has ample built-in storage and space for a desk.

Lodger would be sharing flat with the owner (30, she/her) and share a kitchen/living room space and bathroom with bath + shower. Kitchen includes large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and plenty of storage space.

The flat is on the second floor with no lift, so the room is unfortunately not suitable for lodgers with access requirements.

Flat is located in Calton district, close to The Barras and Glasgow Green. Ideal for those working within city centre, or studying at University of Strathclyde or City of Glasgow College.

City centre is 20-30 mins walk away, with easy access to buses and both Bridgeton and Bellgrove train stations. There is a large Morrisons nearby for food shopping.

Ideal lodger is aged 20-35, employed and/or in full-time education. Female and/or LGBTQ+ applicants ONLY; any applicants who do not fit within this will be ignored. At least two references will be required from previous landlord/employer/teacher.

Rent is £600 PCM payable in advance (includes electricity, council tax [Band B], and broadband) for a standard six-month lodger's agreement. Anyone interested in a shorter stay, please inquire for a bespoke quote.
