Renting out a cozy double room in a spacious 3 bedroom flat. Very central, just 10 min walk to Glasgow Central Station. Quiet area by the river, close to shopping, pubs and cafes, several gyms, great area for outdoor running along the river. Close to Train, Subway, Busses, City Bike station.

Looking for a tidy and quiet person, around the age of 30-35 so we’re more or less in the same place in life. Ideally a masters/phd student or a working professional.

The room:
The bedroom features a built-in closet with full-size mirror doors, double bed, chest of drawers. There is space for a desk, if needed - Adjustments possible.

Shared areas:
Spacious and cozy living room with dining table and sofas, balcony, washing machine and dishwasher, shared bathroom (with 1 other person),well equipped kitchen, WiFi , all bills included in cost.

flatmates:
The flat is shared with a male in his 30’s. Working from home in media/tech. Friendly, quiet and enjoying a balance of social and personal time.
