Advert On Hold - Warm Room In Cessnock

The advert is on Hold while I process an application for potential tenant.

I let three rooms in this flat. There is not a separate lounge. Currently two rooms are let out to two males, both are from abroad and in their 20s, one works in IT and working from home, the other is engineering student at local uni but working online.

The room advertised for let is a spacious room with a double bed, wardrobe, dresser cum desk, a couple of shelf units and a window seat. The window is east facing which catches the morning sun.

The kitchen and toilet/shower room is shared with another two people. The kitchen is spacious and has a dining area.

All bills are included. The landlady brings in supplies of cleaning material, rubbish bags, toilet roll and hand soaps.

The tenement flat is a 10 minute walk to the SECC, STV, BBC and Film City, Cessnock underground is 3 minutes.
