I am looking for an easygoing, clean person to share my Waterfront flat. You would be sharing with Regan, a forty year old professional working in the city. She is chilled but happy to socialise once in a while... is gay friendly and very easy going. Regan works for BT full time and likes music , concerts , socialising , travelling , eating and the odd glass of wine if it's not a school night. I am looking for long term reliability....and of course cleanliness. It would suit some one chilled, relaxed and friendly

If you are looking for a really nice let this is a lovely, quiet, sunny, ground floor Waterfront flat and is situated in communal gardens on the south side of the Clyde, near pedestrian bridge to the financial district. It is quiet and peaceful, considering its close proximity to the city - only 5 mins walk to central station. There is easy access to M8, M77 and M74 and good transport links with bus and subway (giving you access to the West End). Springfield Quay Cinema is five mins walking distance with a range of eateries and entertainment. The new Barclays building is practically on the doorstep.

The flat is well presented and is very well equipped with kitchen utensils, cutlery, dishes etc. There is private residential parking...tenant is responsible for arranging permit with factors free of charge.
