I am looking for an easygoing, clean person to share my ground floor, Waterfront flat. You would be sharing with Regan, a forty something year old professional working in the city. She is chilled, gay friendly, honest, clean n tidy, and happy to socialise once in a while... Regan works for BT full time and likes music, travelling, eating out and the odd glass of wine (or two) if it's not a school night. I am looking for reliability, honesty....and of course cleanliness. It would suit some one relaxed and friendly

If you are looking for a lovely peaceful let this is a quiet, sunny, ground floor Waterfront flat and is situated in communal gardens on the south side of the Clyde, near pedestrian bridge to the financial district and Barclays building. It is quiet, considering its close proximity to the city - only 5 mins walk to central station. There is easy access to M8, M77 and M74 and good transport links with bus and subway (giving you access to the West End). Springfield Quay Cinema is five mins walk with a range of eateries and entertainment. The new Barclays building is practically on the doorstep and there is close by local shops such as Tesco express

The flat is well presented and well equipped.. There is private residential parking...registration required.
You will have main use of the communal bathroom...but it is still communal and not private ensuite
