We're offering a room in our furnished and equipped 2 bedroom flat to rent while we're away. Start date is asap and the end date is negotiable but the latest is the 14th September 2020.

The flat is very cosy with 2 double bedrooms, plenty of storage space, beautiful living room, bathroom and a kitchen which already contains a fair amount of cooking equipment.

The flat is located near Kelvinside, Maryhill, 3 min walk from the Tesco Extra, 5 min walk to the bus stop, 15 min walk to the nearest subway station, 45 min walk to the city centre.

There's a beautiful park with a cycling lane connected to the Glasgow Botanic Gardens just around the corner. It is possible to keep bikes inside the building. There is also a bike repair shop just down the road.

The rent for each room is 400£/month including bills and broadband !
