My current flatmate is moving out and I'm looking for a new female identifying or non-binary flatmate! It's a two bedroom ground floor flat next to Glasgow Green and I love living here. Professionals only please, no students for council tax reasons. Housing benefit sadly not accepted by landlord. Long term preferred.

Details:
The double room has a big mirrored wardrobe (very spacious) and chest of drawers. The room won't have the bed, tv and desk etc included as this is my flatmate's but I can source this if needed. My room has an ensuite so the main bathroom will be solely yours to use which includes a bath!

The flat has a TV with Freeview, L shaped comfy couch, good fridge, washing machine and a few cupboards for storage.

There's a bus stop and train station into the city centre just round the corner. It's also only a 10 min cycle to Bridge St underground to west end. Cycling through the Green is amazing, being right next to it has been wonderful during Covid.

Access info: There are five steps at the entrance and two at the back. This is a ground floor flat but sits high.

A bit about me:
I'm a 28 year old Glasgow born female professional working in community youth work and third sector filmmaking. I'm a creative lefty and would like to share the flat with a like minded person! I love board games, cycling, films, gaming and cinema visits. I don't drink or smoke, I'm vegetarian but don't mind sharing with a meateater. LGBT friendly.

Rent: £325 a month
Council tax: £100 changing to £80 after March.
Gas/Electric: £20
Internet: £12.50
