Glasgow south side double room

Come end of September I’ll be living between Portsmouth and Lancaster so will barely be in my flat. You will have a flat to yourself 95% of the time. I might be back the odd long weekend or during holiday periods. The room is freshly decorated and I just got all new furniture. Own bathroom. Secure Underground parking space is included. I can clear out a hallway cupboard if some more storage is required. Contract will be on a month by month basis but I won’t be spending much time here for at least 2 years so as long as the place is looked after and we get on when I am back you will be able to stay that whole time. Ideal housemate will be clean, tidy and respectful. The flat itself is pretty big with great views of Glasgow. It’s within walking distance of town and shawlands. Also near Queen’s Park and Pollokshields east train stations. Busses into town right outside aswell. No smoking inside the flat. Would consider someone with a pet depending on the pet :)
