En-suite double bedroom Cessnock close Finnieston

Hi there, I'm looking for an easy going flatmate.

The pictures are from when I was doing Airbnb, it's slightly different now. There is a chest of drawers and the bar table has been replaced by a large desk.

The flat is facing Cessnock Pacific dog park, so very quiet. The bedroom is really nice, with en-suite bathroom (shower), small antic makeup table, wooden floor, plenty of storage, and a smart T. V.
I don't have a T. V licence though, and I don't intend in paying for that so if you want to watch T. V you'll be the one paying it in full.

There is also a wardrobe space with a hanging rail.

The living room with open kitchen is great, with view on a park from the bar table.
2 subway station within 5 minutes walk. Also a private parking.

I'm very easy to live with, don't party at the flat, unobtrusive, and very good company nonetheless. You are welcome to have guests as long as it's not a constant stream of people.
I lead a catering team at weddings on the East Coast, I work 3 days in Fife, and the rest of the time I'm in Glasgow or the hills.

I very much like my own company, I mostly stay in my bedroom in the flat, playing startegy games, watching crap, or reading (not nearly enough), but happy to socialise too.

There is an extra bike you can use if you are brave enough.

The flat is new, clean, there is washing machine/ dryer, plenty of cooking appliances (2 fridges, bread-maker, air-fryer, chest freezer, gas hob, oven, rice-cooker, etc etc...)

Lots of plants, please bring more!

I only ask that you leave the sink area dry, that you turn lights off, and that you use the tumble dryer only when you really need it.
No cleaning schedule and it won't happen, we'll just keep the flat clean as we go.
Rent is all inclusive of council tax, energy bill, internet as long as you are reasonable with heater and dryer.
If you are a student, I'll deduce the council tax rebate from the rent.

Flat is well insulated with thermostat, it's not a high ceiling, which keeps the heat in winter.
