Double bed room for professionals/students

The current house is located in a quiet and safe residential area. The Kinning Park substation and bus stations are just a few minutes ' walk. It is about 10-15 minutes of public transportation to the city centre. And the supermarkets nearby are within walking distance.

I prefer a female student or professional as the housemate. The house has three bedrooms. And the rented room is the largest one about 15 square meters. The smallest one will be used as a storage room. Therefore, there will be only two people living in this house. The living room, kitchen and washing room are all shared. Besides the basic rent of £600 per month, the electric bill needs to be shared.

I'm respectful and easygoing. and I like sports and the outdoors.
