Lovely flat in Battlefield

Looking for a nice friendly person to share this Battlefield flat with. It's a great flat just across from Queen's park, with spacious living room and great view of the Church on the Hill and sunsets. Good-sized bedroom with chest of draws, bedside table, and clothes rail. I'm doing my PhD at GCU and working from home for the foreseeable. I like having company and chats, but also like my own space. Fond of house plants, cooking, documentaries and such. I'm pretty laid back, quiet, clean and tidy and fond of relaxed nights in.

Total with rent and bills is £400 if you're a fellow student, but around £470 if you're a professional due to council tax.
