A bright double bedroom in house near city centre

Hello! My current flatmate is moving out at the end of September so available from then.
My friends own the house but work in London, any issues are therefore dealt with swiftly and effectively. It is a two story 2 bedroom house with separate spacious kitchen and living room. There is a good sized back garden that needed a bit of love, thankfully lockdown has given me time to work on that! The area is generally quiet and get on well with neighbours. It's 5 min walk from Bridge Street subway. Not far from either queen's park or Glasgow green.

A bit about me, I'm 29 and work in the civil service Monday to Friday. Currently working from home but occasionally nipping into the office! I'm easy going, like a laugh, love a good series to binge etc. Very sociable but appreciate my alone time.
