Description

Hello,

My current flatmate is moving out to happy place of her own and I am looking for someone to take over her room.
It is an ensuite room and it is the bigger room of the flat.

The flat is fully furnished, in an excellent condition, has its own private parking and a small courtyard with a wee garden.
I have a few plants in the living room too (I like green spaces! but I promise I won't turn the living room into a green house!)

It is ideally located, just accross the river, in a quiet area, 10 min walking distance from Glasgow Central, buses right infront of our doorstep, bridge street tube station only 8 min away and close to the motorway

Monthly flat rent is £347.5/each, broadband (high speed) £11/each, elctricity from £20 to £80/each depending on the month. Council tax Band F

The flat is rented through Zoneletting agency. They are really amazing and helpful so no worries to have !

I am a professional classical musician which means I practice at home for now but only between 9am and 6/7pm maximum with the lunch break left quiet. I spend also a lot of time on small pieces of wood: my reeds, so don't worry I haven't gone nuts if you see me doing this!
If you re away at work during the day I will make sure that my practice is done by the time you're back so you can relax

I have already lived with non musicians and it has never been an issue (suprisingly they even enjoyed my scales!)

I am pretty easy going and flexible. I have lived in France, Switzerland and the UK as well as toured a lot with orchestras so I have lived with many different people and can adapt very quickly.

I am not a party animal at all, I love my cosy home and would look for someone like this too.
I like having the common areas clean and tidy but I am not over fussy about it either.

I am looking for someone to live with (not just to fill in a room) and because of the lockdown situation I think it is important that we get on well as we'll still be spending a lot of time at home.

I am one of the rare lucky ones who had the COVID for 10 weeks and hopefully I am immuned to it now.
So if you're worried about this you should be safe with me
I have a lung condition which means no chemical products can be used in the house (I am happy to show you what cleaning products can be used or just buy them for the whole household and we share costs - I know how reading chemical labels can be daunting!)

I respect my flatmate's own space and need for quiet times but if you wish to share a meal from time to time with me, have a conversation with a cup of tea, watch a movie or go on a hike with me here and then I would enjoy this! I find nice to spend a bit of time with my flatmate

Oh and I love baking so you will regularly get cake!

Please feel free to get in touch and ask me all the questions you have!

In person or video viewings are both possible followed by a little converation to get to know each other more

Looking forward to hearing from you!
