Double room in Strathbungo

Flatmate wanted for nice room in a good flat. All bills included in price (inc. council tax).

I am an architect working for a practice in the city centre. I very rarely work from home, and travel for work relatively frequently.

I’m looking for someone who I get along with but is happy doing their own thing. I like to keep the flat looking good, but I am also not obsessively tidy, and won’t get annoyed by some leftover dishes or a bit of mess so long as we share the tidying and cleaning.

The flat is on a really quiet street, and if you don’t know the area there are loads of parks close-by and good coffee shops/bakeries etc. it’s a great place to live. There’s three train stations within 5 minutes walk that take you straight to central in one or two stops. I cycle to work in the merchant city and it takes under 15 mins along the new cycle way.

There’s a south facing back garden that’s shared with the downstairs neighbours.

The flat has broadband, gas central heating and a decent shower. Rent includes all bills (council tax, electricity, gas, broadband, tv license, communal gardening costs, and my tv subscriptions if you play your cards right.)
