Double Bedroom Southside

Current flatmate just got the keys to her first place so looking for somebody new to move in!

Flat is ground floor, with open-plan kitchen/living room and spacious hall. Living room has sofa bed/corner sofa, dining table and 50” smart TV on the wall.

The bedroom is a double with a wardrobe, full length mirror, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. Neutral decor which you can make your own.

The flat is in a great location - 5 minute walk to Cathcart train station which runs regular services to Glasgow central (the journey takes around 12 minutes). There is also free on-street parking and a communal back garden.

£450 includes all bills such as council tax, utilities, WiFi, etc. I will also be looking for a deposit of £225.

I will be the landlord and flatmate - I am a 26 year old female (normally) working Mon-Fri 8-5 in Paisley. Although WFH right now due to Covid. I am quite sociable but also appreciate having my own space. I do also have a cat - she stays indoors and is quite timid so normally just keeps to herself. Would be a bonus if you also like cats and are happy to give her some dreamies.

Completely indifferent to gender of flatmate, as long as you are up for a glass of wine, fairly tidy and try to be a little eco-friendly.
