The flat is a large, 2 bed flat that is warm and beautifully decorated throughout. Separate kitchen with all mods and cons including double oven.

The flat is located on a quiet residential close across from the Forge shopping centre (ASDA etc) and walking distance to the Forge retail park (Aldi, The Gym, Starbucks, KFC, the list goes on). Less than 15 minutes on the direct buses (2, 240, 61, 255) to city centre and easy access to the M8 and M74 if driving. Free on street parking available.

I'm a live in landlord who works from home and more or less round the clock, so unfortunately there would be no shared access to the living room. I'd like someone who is clean, tidy and considerate with the use of shared areas which would only be the kitchen. If you struggle in this area, I'm sorry, it wouldn't work.
