Double room to rent (for move in by March)

Hi there! My flatmate and I are looking for someone to come share our three bedroom flat in the City Centre/ Garnethill.
We are friendly, welcoming and very respectful of people’s privacy and space. We are both professionals so out and about during the day and at home mainly in the evenings and at weekends. Ideally we would be looking for another professional Preferably.

The Flat:

Our flat is a lovely modernised traditional tenement flat. It is in good condition and fully furnished.
- The kitchen/dining room has all the equipment you will need (fridge, freezer, storage, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine) and a table and sofa area for you to relax and enjoy your meals!

- The bathroom (shower/ bath, toilet and sink) is shared.

- Your room is a spacious double room. It comes with the double bed, 2 bedside cabinets, a desk and chair, large wardrobe for all your clothes and other belongings!
Please note decorative elements and other items are not included with the room. The room is currently still an occupied space.

Location:

The flat is situated between the City Centre and the West End so ideal for all your shopping needs, cafés, pubs and for a nice wander. If you need to travel elsewhere in Glasgow it is very practical too:
- Cowcaddens Subway station is less than a 2 min walk.
- Multiple bus stations in very close proximity to the flat.
- Queen’s Street Station is a 10 min walk.
- Central Station is a 20 min walk.

Cost:

- The room is £385 /month.
- Council Tax is £63 /month per person.
- Electricity (top up system): approx £60 /month (split 3 ways).
- Gas is approx £40/50 month per person.
- Internet is £12.60/month per person.
Deposit is £385.
