Room available and soon whole flat

Hello!
We are looking for a flatmate to take our extra room and if you have a friend or know a couple who would like to move in Mid March, that would be ideal. If no friend, no worries for now. Room available from February 1st. It is the one with blue and white sheets and the one with green sheets will the one to become available in March. Furnished lovely flat with pretty much all the essentials. We are very clean and tidy and are looking for someone who is the same. We are both professionals and would like a responsible professional or postgraduate student to share our flat with.
