Bright and Beautiful Large Room in Southside

This 2 bedroom flat is located in Battlefield, Southside of Glasgow. With a variety of up and coming cafes and bars right at your footstep. The flat is right next to the beloved Queen's Park, and within 15 minute walking distance from Linn Park and Pollock Park. The nearest train station is Mount Florida which is a 5-10 min walk.

My bedroom is a large room with a king sized bed. It has a beautiful bay window to let in plenty of natural light. It also has plenty of storage space for clothes etc. The room also comes with a table (perfect for studying or working from home.)

The flat in general is spacious, bright, modern but still has the classic Glasgow tenement look. The living room again has big bay windows to allow plenty of natural light in - perfect for sitting and relaxing reading a book with a cup of tea or coffee. At the back of the living room there is a dining table to sit and enjoy dinner at or host a dinner party with. (Of course pre and hopefully post covid!) The kitchen is clean, tidy and comes with a washing machine and microwave. The kitchen also has a big window to let in more natural light for the flat.

My flatmate Nicky is warm, friendly and fun who likes to have a laugh but he also respects your privacy, alone & quiet time. We both love a movie night and enjoy a fun dinner night during the week and treat ourselves to a takeaway at the weekend. Nicky's interests are the gym, fashion and socialising. (So anyone with common interests would be nice but not essential.) However we do respect the flat and like to keep it clean and tidy (so someone with these same values are essential.)
