Living room with 4K 65’ TV, Sky TV and PS4 (which you can add your account to). Kitchen with breakfast bar fully equipped including dishwasher and even a bread maker. The balcony has 2 comfortable deckchairs where you can chill on not so cold days. (smoking is permitted only in the balcony)

I’m a professional female, 37, currently working from home. I’m a pretty chill person that likes gaming, reading and travel a lot. My weekends are mostly spent going out with friends. Other evenings I like to relax in the flat binge watching some series or with a good book.

You:
I'm looking for someone tidy, quiet, respectful and considerate to share my flat with. It would be good to find someone sociable who would be up for sharing the odd bottle of wine and watching TV/movies with but it’s cool if you prefer to keep it to yourself.

All I am looking for is someone who treats the flat as a home and keeps it clean and looks after too.
