Glasgow southside room converted factory flat

I have a furnished room available in the Southside- on the border of Shawlands, and Cathcart .

I am looking for a flatmate who is happy with a short term let. Preferably a two week let at first to see if the flat suits you and if we get on etc. I am very happy to consider less than a month too if you are only looking for a room for a week or two.

Professional preferred and the flat isn’t ideal for someone who works from home,

Has to be okay with with a basic cleaning rota, and if not, this probably isn’t the right flat for you. I’ve always found this just keeps things fair because although it’s a lovely flat, it does need some minimal upkeep.
