Good public transport, trains and busses just 5 min away from the house. There is a big Tesco just on the other side of the river and also there are restaurants, shops near by. Car park accsess. There is a nice park in the area called Cunningar Loop. The house got small gardens front and back. The room is a spotless double bedroom, and it has its own bathroom. The living room and kitchen would be shared. All utilities are included in the rent. We are very tidy, easy-going and quiet. Myself, my wife and our son Alex (1 years old) staying in the house.
