Bright, Spacious Flat With Balcony

We have a double bedroom available immediately in a bright, cozy flat just 10 minutes walk to city center, 5 Minutes walk to Bridge St. subway stop and 5 mins to the Clyde.

A relaxed, but fun and friendly flat looking for someone similarly easy-going.

you'd be living with two swell guys, Luke and Manuel, and lovely pup Frankie. He's a lurcher and loves cuddles (but is purely Manuel's responsibility and will stay out of your space!)

They love the outdoors, going for walks along the Clyde, and eating nice food.

The bills are roughly 40/month total, excluding council tax, which would be split between yourself and Luke, should you be a professional. (students are also welcome, and don't have to pay council tax).

Bed and wardrobe are included with the room.
