Spacious double room in Finnieston

Short and longer let enquiries welcome. Double bedroom available in a two bedroom flat, close to Kelvingrove Park and 15 minutes walk from town/university.

The room is furnished and includes a desk. All bills are included, Council Tax (Band D), gas, electricity, and broadband.

The bathroom and kitchen are shared with the kitchen newly installed last year. I use the living room in the flat as my work space so it is not shared.

There is a resident cat, Gracie, you don't have to look after her, but she lives here and you'll need to like animals.

My current flatmate is a student at the Glasgow School of Art, previous flatmates have included both students and professionals.

I'm looking for someone friendly and respectful. I like to keep the place clean and tidy and am looking for someone who feels the same. If this sounds like you please tell me a bit about yourself, I'd like to know some of the below:
