Short and longer let enquiries welcome. Spacious, airy, furnished double bedroom available in a two bedroom flat in a residential street tucked behind Argyle Street. A minute's walk from leafy Kelvingrove Park and close to all the local amenities - restaurants, supermarkets, bars, gym etc.

The flat is 15 minutes walk from town/university. Also close to Exhibition Centre and Charing Cross train stations and bus routes.

All bills are included, Council Tax, gas, electricity, and broadband. The bathroom is shared and the kitchen is newly installed this year. Resident parking permits are available if you need one.

There is a resident cat, Gracie, you don't have to look after her, but she lives here and you'll need to like animals.
