Canal-Side Flat

£520/mo give or take incl. bills (electric, WiFi, council tax)

The room available is the smaller bedroom in the flat and has it's own bathroom. There is a shared living room/dining room and cosy kitchen which is functional for two people.

I am a product design engineer working in Glasgow, so I will be mainly working in the flat (either in my room or the shared living room). However, I do work at the Uni 1-2 days a week and expect that will be increasing soon 🙂 In my spare time I enjoy running, cycling, and cooking.

I'm mix of laid back and responsible, so I don't mind the occasional mess, but do try to keep the common spaces in the flat clean. I also enjoy cooking/sharing meals in the evening, which is also nice to split the cooking/cleaning duties.

Ideally you have the same approach to cleanliness, are sociable, responsible, and we get on well ☺️

Students and professionals welcome, however we will split council tax fees.
