Double room in a fully furnished flat

Looking for a flatmate for a double room in a fully furnished flat. The flat is right behind O2 academy and very close to Bridge Street subway station. It has a spacious living room, fully fitted kitchen with all appliances and a nice bathroom. It is well insulated with triple glazed windows and has gas central heating. It has ample storage and a small laundry room.

I'm a 24 year old Lab Scientist with a very weird work cycle. I'm not a clean freak but I'd like someone who is generally quite tidy. I'm very social and would be up for drinks on the days I'm not working.

The rent is 500 per month which includes all bills. The room is available right now and I'm available for viewings most afternoons. Happy to answer any questions.
