Hey,

I’m looking for a female student flatmate.
I have a double room in a 2 bedroom flat available. You will share the kitchen, bathroom and living room.
I know the room is a bright colour but feel free to personalise your room as you wish.
The flat is fully furnished and everything is in good condition.

Bedroom comes with a bed, desk and wardrobe with lots of storage space. The room is very bright and spacious.
Access to living room tv including Netflix and Amazon prime.

Close to Iceland and Morrison’s. And a 5 minute walk to Glasgow green. 20/25 minute walk to town.

You will be sharing the flat with me, I am a 3rd year forensic science student in GCU. I also work part time in a cocktail bar. I am looking for a flatmate who is friendly, easy going, sociable (or not is okay!) and clean.
