Double Room in Bridgeton

Hello! My name is Danny and I'm looking for a flatmate. I'm just finishing my third year studying economics at Strathclyde. I'm easy going but like to keep the flat tidy. I'm normally fairly social but obviously not so much in the last year. I don't have big parties but would like someone who doesn't mind people around once in a while when things get back to normal.

I have been living in this lovely flat with my boyfriend for four months but he has gotten a job in Belfast and is moving so I'm looking for someone to move in. Once a month for a weekend he is going to come to Glasgow and once a month for a weekend I'm going to go to Belfast, so expect to get to know him too!

Also, Yara my lovely cat will be with us. She is an indoor cat and very friendly. Her world is already quite small so I would need you to be comfortable with her coming into your room/hanging out with you. Ideally, when I go to Belfast you can feed her and give her some love. She hasn't lived with other pets so I don't want to introduce another animal, so if you already have a pet, sorry.

The flat is a tenement flat with high ceilings and was just done up before we moved in so it feels very new!

Initially the flat was two bedrooms with no living room. We converted one bedroom into a living room, which is going to be converted back into a bedroom. That will be my room, but it will still have the sofa and TV and I'd like it to still be a place we can hang out and watch movies and play Mario Kart.

Bills are £11 for WiFi and about £35 for gas and electricity.

I'm a student, so if you are a student council tax won't be an issue. If you are a professional, council tax is around £80 a month (with the 25% exemption) which you would need to pay for it by yourself.

The letting agent is a social enterprise, so the profit from the rent goes back to help the community which is also very nice.
