I’ve attached some photos of what it was like when we moved in and it’s mostly unchanged bar the addition of my appliances.

Me: I’m a 28-year-old working professional working in TV. Mostly at home atm but I do sometimes go on incredibly covid safe sets.
I like playing video games, board games, socializing with friends (virtually atm), watching movies, going to gigs, reading, cooking and working out. Generally been living pretty quietly the last few months.

I’d be keen to move in with someone who shares my interests and respects privacy but also likes to hang out some nights watching movies, board games and drinking. I’m mostly in the living room watching things on TV so that’s why I’m offering the master bedroom rather than the smaller room.

Moneywise we would split everything so you'd be looking at something around this:
Rent £275
Approx Bills £50 - £70
Council Tax Band B - £72

Covid wise I take it quite seriously and do things according to the law and would expect the person living with me to do the same. So if you’re flippant with the rules, this probably won’t work out.

The landlord is brilliant.
