Govanhill flatmate wanted :) The room is large and bright, cool in the summer, and warm in the winter. It is furnished with a bookshelf, a chest of drawers, a small desk, a double bed, and it has a spacious built in wardrobe. It will have brand new carpet put in this week!

The bathroom has a nice big bath with a brand new mould-proof ceiling, and the kitchen is spacious with a large dining table, washing machine, and pulley drying rack. Plenty of pantry space and a big fridge.

Please note there is no additional storage space in the flat and no shared living room.

Bills are split and are approx £30-£50 per month per person, depending on the season, including wifi, gas, and electricity. Council tax is £50 per month per person unless you’re a student!

Allison Street is a really central location - the flat is a 5 minute walk from Crosshill train station, Queen's Park and Victoria Road are a 5 minute walk away, and there's a bus stop at the front door.

Looking for a flatmate who is kind, tidy, respectful, and who is used to shared living. The close is classic Govanhill vibes but the flat itself is lovely.

£450 per month, one month's rent deposit, reference required.

I live between Glasgow and down south and I'll be gone completely very soon as I'm having a baby, so the living room will be rented out as a second bedroom. The flat will never have more than two flatmates. If you're interested in the second bedroom shoot me a message and I'll give you details!
