Govanhill flatmate wanted for room available now.

Looking for someone who is tidy, respectful, and used to shared living. The close is classic Govanhill vibes but the flat itself is lovely. You’ll be sharing with one other person and the flat is queer friendly.

The room is large and bright, cool in the summer, and warm in the winter. It is furnished with a bookshelf, a chest of drawers, a desk, a double bed with memory foam mattress, and it has a spacious built in wardrobe.

The bathroom has a nice shower over a big bath with a mould-proof ceiling, and the kitchen is spacious with a large dining table, washing machine, pulley drying rack, and comfy armchair. Plenty of pantry space and a big fridge.

Please note there is no additional storage space in the flat and no shared living room (the living room is the second bedroom) so this wouldn’t suit a person with a lot of stuff!

Bills are split and are approx £30-£50 per month per person, depending on the season, including wifi, gas, and electricity. Council tax is an additional £50 per month per person.

Allison Street is a really central location - the flat is a 5 minute walk from Crosshill train station, Queen's Park and Victoria Road are a 5 minute walk away, and there's a bus stop at the front door.

Rent is £480 per month, deposit is £450.
