My room would become available in September as I'll be moving out. The flat consists in 4 bedrooms (only girls, sorry it isn't me deciding), a big kitchen, bathroom, a big hallway with a couch ideal for movie nights and a back and a front south facing garden.

I'm still unsure if I'll take some furniture with me as I bought some of it, but the room comes with a chest of drawers, a night table, a bed, walk-in closet (I have two wails in there that I might take with me), a coffee table and a rocking chair.
The area:
It's quiet and well connected. The city centre and the West End are within a walking distance and there's a subway stop 2 minutes away. There's a Co-op quite close, and a wee Tesco, a big Asda and Lidl within a walking distance from the flat.
