Double Room to Rent in Glasgow City Centre

Me and my boyfriend (Lachlan) are looking for a flatmate.
I have just graduated with a masters in urban design and Lachlan is doing a PhD in chemistry. We both do triathlon and enjoy socialising, cooking and are always up for a laugh. I am vegetarian but Lachlan isn't.

It's a cosy flat in Townhead area of Glasgow, right across the road from Buchanan st bus station and only two mins walk to Strathclyde and Ggow Caledonian unis, but also not far from Glasgow uni.

There is a spacious double room available. The flat is well equipped with everything you'd need, recently redecorated, cosy and super central.

Bills are not included in the rent as they are dependent on usage per month and include wifi and electricity. We pay council tax which a student would need to contribute to.

We are preferably looking for an easy going, mature and sociable flatmate who is reasonably clean.
