Hi. I'm looking for a new flatmate. The flat is based on the ground floor, in the quiet residential area. Shops, parks, city centre within walking distance (2 mins walk to local co op, 10 mins walk from city centre, 5 mins to Glasgow Green). It's got washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, gas cooker and electric oven. It's also fully furnished.

I'm looking for someone tidy and easy going. Someone I can share housework and a beer or glass of wine sometimes. I work Monday to Friday, office hours and I get up early so preferably someone with the same lifestyle would be perfect.

I can't stand any kind of discrimination so if you have problem with any group of people we won't get along.

The landlord is very nice and helpful.
